Can anybody share some experience please? I was on bedrest for 14 weeks of my pregnancy due to a rubbish cervix. I was also incredibly swollen and full of fluid, especially in my legs and feet. Since giving birth i have lost the fluid and lots of muscle too. I feel like I've got arthritis when i get up or I've been sat for long. I used to run and be fit but this is really starting to take its toll and I'm fed up. Any help? How long did it last? Ideas to improve?x
