My hair is falling out

Had DS 12 weeks ago, and in the last month my hair has been coming out at an alarming rate. I had fine hair anyway, and it's a major hang up of mine. So right now it's making me feel awful. I wish I'd paid more attention during pregnancy and appreciated how great my hair was...

Its normal as hair is stuck in the growth phase during pregnancy so after the birth there is a lot of extra hair to lose. I used to find it everywhere including in dds nappy!

It really WILL come back to normal for you but can take some time.
