Breastfeeding and bleeding 7wks after birth

I gave birth to my ds2 7 weeks ago, had a normal birth with a few stitches. Since then I have been exclusively breastfeeding.
My lochia bleeding stopped a couple of weeks ago but I have just started lightly bleeding again. Could this be my periods returning or something I should see a dr about?
With my ds1 my periods didn't return until 11-12 months.

No harm is telling your doctor or midwife about it... I think if you're exclusively breastfeeding then bleeding so soon is unusual (although I bet it's not unheard of). My period returned last week as my DS is 11months and I only BF once a day now (EBF until ten months). Congratulations on your little one
