Not 100% sure this is the best topic for this but just seemed like the most appropriate.
I have just had my first period after DS born. He is 14 mo and bf.
Before getting pregnant my periods were very light, short and painful but not excessively so. This was the case when I was on the pill and when TTC (more painful when I came off the pill).
This one is REALLY heavy and I have had no pain at all. Just wondering if this is normal and if lack of pain might have something to do with contraction from Breastfeeding?
Is this likely to be my periods back on a regular cycle now or might they be irregular while bf?
I'd be really grateful for other's opinions and experiences.
