Ibs symptoms post childbirth

I'm at the end of my tether with constant ibs symptoms since birth of my baby 17 weeks ago. Started off as an intermittent problem but is now everyday. I have feelings of constipation (even though not constipated) diarrhea, gassy cramps. I have had tests that have ruled out cancer, IBDs. Tried low fod-map, gluten free etc nothing works. Doesn't seem to be linked to stress. I'm constantly uncomfortable- I can't take it anymore. I keep crying as it just won't go away. I never had ibs before the birth. Any ideas? Doctors are not interested - I just feel so down and depressed about it.

I'm exactly the same! Do you drink lots of fizzy drinks or coffee? I find if I lay off both for a week or so the symptons ease a bit

I used to but gave them up a couple of months ago now 😥
