Didn't breast feed why is there still milk?

My son is almost 4months old and I'm still leaking a fluid from both breasts.
I breastfed for the 1st and then have bottle fed the rest.
Any ideas or remedies for stopping it?

I think lots of mint helps to dry it up. Peppermint tea etc
