Any suggestions ladies? I have an Amazon voucher and would feel virtuous if I spent it on an exercise DVD! Whether it'll come out of it's box or not this year is another matter entirely...

I have 2 Davina DVDs.
Power of 3 is good because if you haven't much time you can just do warm up, one of the three sections, then cool down in about half an hour. If you do all of it it takes 1 hour.

Sounds good, thank you.

You might get more suggestions if you post in the health/fitness section.

I like the Power of 3 because there is always an easy alternative so if you haven't exercised for a few months you can do that and gradually make it harder.

It depends what you want from an exercise video.

The 5-step fat attack (Claire from Steps) is good for aerobic work - it certainly makes you sweat and there are easier options in there.

Any of Nell McAndrews ones are quite hardcore - basically jogging on the spot - so quite boring but definitely great at burning calories.

My absolute fave is a really oldie one - Rosemary Conleys Salsacise - it is 50 minutes of salsa-based aerobics. It is not too hard but you are constantly working for 50 minutes (if you do the whole thing or you can do either a 20 or 30 minute workout) - and it is a bit more interesting than normal aerobic ones.
