dog we had mushrooms on toast!! one of dh's specials, he does it with lots of garlic, and on walnut bread it is very tasty and best of all, takes 5 mins. Followed by Haagen Dazs, natch. Which zoo did you go to? Thinking about taking the dcs so encouraging to hear you had a good time!

moose argh you poor thing! can you get hold of some acidophilllus or at least live yoghurt before seeing the docs? You can give the acidophillus to Elizabeth too - kellymom as usual has all the details!!
www.kellymom.com/bf/concerns/thrush/preventing-thrush.html When I had thrush with ds, I was told to change bras/breast pads as often as poss as the yeast thrives in warm dampness. Also, washing your nips with vinegar solution (mmm) and leaving them to air dry helps - slows down the yeast growth til you can get some drugs from the doc. Sorry if you know all this already... hope you can get it sorted soon.
