Look at your council website, there's often groups at local children's centres.

When your baby's a few months old and has had jabs etc, there are swimming courses for babies (with mums) at Clissold Pool.

Clissold Park's really popular with mums and babies as a hangout.

There's a baby cafe called That Place on the Corner on Green Lanes, and they put on various courses. I took ds to a baby massage course there last year.

Hi Vikham
There are 2 drop-ins I know of: Thursdays at 10am at the community centre on Defoe Road and Fridays at about 10am at the Catholic church hall on Bouverie Road. There is also a 1 o'clock club in Clissold Park.
When your little oone gets bigger try Clissold Leisure Centre which has soft-play drop-in on Mon, Weds, Fri and Sat at 10 ish, free for members but £4 ish for others.
Noticeboards in Fresh & Wild, Blue Legume and Clissold Park cafe for other options.
But looking at the date of your post, you've probably already found something!
