Has anyone else has this?
I had an emergency section after my DS got distressed at 7cm's.
Recovery was slow and rather painful, had a section with DS1 too which was much easier.
I am now 4 months on, and my tummy is still sore to touch, and aches most of the time.

yes i think so.
ive had 3 (they should have just fitted a zip_)and i think from talking to other section momies its either gets ultra sensitive or numb ...not being personal but its not infected is it? mine took ages to heal and be careful your knickers dont rub on it that would irritate new skin,.....maybe mention it to the doc to be sure and to put your mind at rest ....

yep was considering going to docs about it. My scar has healed perfectly and doesn't appear to be infectedm but i'm just concerned about whats going on inside.

Its hard getting to the docs though with 2 babies (18months & 4months) espcially when the docs won't let you take your buggy in.
Might be worth a trip though.

my 3rd c sect was the worst and itd had 5 years to heal maybe your tums just had too much trauma too soon? and you had all the stretching of a natural labour first its not comfortable tho is it having achey sore section scars-thats awful about the doctors what do they expect you to do??? does the hv visit u ? maybe she could have a look at it?
