10 week old breastfeeds for no more than 5-10 mins

I’m at a bit of a sleep deprived lost end.

My 10wk old will only BF for 5minutes - 10 if I’m lucky. I try offering her both breasts, she stays awake (doesn’t sleep at the breast apart from at night) but after 5-10mins she gags, gets fussy or pulls away.

she used to really badly gag, cry, arch her back etc when feeding for a few minutes so it has got slightly better since she has been taking Omeprazole for silent reflux for the past 2 weeks.

however I don’t know if because she doesn’t get big feeds she is then waking up every hour/2 during the night and has been since she was born, I’m very tired!!

She dribbles A LOT, her fists are always in her mouth and she struggles sucking on dummies / taking more than 2oz out of a bottle. she definitely wants to suck on a dummy but it’s like she can’t, it just falls out. i don’t know if any of these are related.

she has explosive runny poo’s (probably diarrhoea but it’s hard to tell with babies) once every 2 days at the minute but has plenty of wet nappies and is putting on weight still.

is the constant wake ups just something I’m going to have to put up with until she stops BF/moves onto solids?
