PPH and now worried I’m pregnant again help

I had a bad pph (7 months ago) basically nearly died was given transfusions and rushed to theatre with balloon inserted all that fun stuff :/
Now I’m so so scared I might be pregnant my period is late by six days. I don’t want to nearly die again. I don’t want to leave my baby and her daddy. I’m worried an abortion would cause a massive bleed as well I don’t want to go back to hospital. :/ please help me I don’t know what to do I feel I’m in a nightmare covid also made the birth worse no visitors no one there I’m so terrified I don’t want this to happen again

If you have had a previous pph the hospital would be prepared next time & give you extra drugs to contract your womb & stop the bleeding, they will also have blood ready in case. I would imagine you will be a consultant led case. I know it is terrifying, I had a massive pph when I had ds but I was already in theatre as I had an emcs. The chances of it happening again are small, have you had a birth reflections meeting? If not I would speak to the hospital & arrange one.
