Pains/mental health 8 months postpartum

Hi!

I had my daughter nearly 8 months ago, she was my first. For around 6-8 weeks after I was in alot of pain as to be expected. However, I'm still experiencing alot of pain and issues now. Sorry if I sound over dramatic, it's just things I'm noticing that aren't going away and aren't my normal.

I'm not sure if these pains are normal/something you'd expect (i.e getting back to normal), or if they're even linked to pregnancy/birth.

I have alot of pain in like, my ovary area? Don't really know how to explain. It's in my pelvis. It also hurts where my uterus is. It feels swollen and 'full'. Sex is also painful and can continue for a couple of days after

As well as this my feet have been painful since pregnancy, like on the outside of my feet and it sometimes takes me a few minutes to put weight on my feet. Recently my legs have also started to become really achey. This could be something unlinked, I don't know. My back is very painful too BUT I do get this sometimes.

My mental health is all over the place. I feel like I have brain fog all the time. It actually worries me driving sometimes because my concentration is so low. I forget so many things and sometimes can't answer a basic question. I am exhausted and I'm wondering if I feel like this just because I'm so tired, but then I think "should I be this tired? Is this normal?"

Hope someone might be able to give some advice or just let me know if this is the norm! Thanks x
