what do you talk about??? I am needing to get out and meet new people. DS only 4 weeks old so hardly social but mum is going crackers being in all day with baby.

My confidence has gone. Lots of groups to go to but how many is too many and what do you do there. DS will most likely sleep or cry. Not too good as a conversation starter?

oh a tiny sleeping baby is the best conversatio n starter in the world.. and you cna get a cup of tea and a sit down, whilst everyone coos over the baby

DD was 9 weeks old when i started taking her, and it was great, met lots of lovely friends, she is 2.3 now and we still all see each other

How many is too many? Just go along to as many as you can find until you find one or more groups you are happy with
