Hello I am after advice on my 3 month old baby who normally sleeps so well and only wakes up for the milk but passed 2 days he has been moving alot in his sleep so when he moves alot he tends to wake himself up so he cries for me and I pick him up and he was fast asleep as soon I picked him up. Also he gets frustrated with himself for not be able to find his thumb in his mouth so he cries. This has been happening every hour through the night, I'm exhausted! Is there a way to stop him from moving so much or is this a phase that he just have to break it through?

Yes my child was the same. Not for thumb but very very mobile in the night. Also it's a sleep regression they go through waking every hour.
I would suggest swaddling but actually 3/4 months is when you should stop swaddling.
I would suggest checking out just chill mumma for sleep support. There is a charge for the courses but it really gives you great foundations for a good sleep structure for baby. It helped with us. And was well worth the money if you can afford. She also does free YouTube advise so you could also check those out.
Also very helpful to search online when the next sleep regression is due. Very common for baby to start a big sleep regression 3/4 months of age. They can be rough. And can last from 1 to 6 weeks at a time. The only thing you can really do during a regression is ride through it and get those good foundations down for a good night sleep for baby ready for when the regression ends. Unfortunately you find once one regression ends the next js only a few weeks away. Hold tight and just do what you can do. Its so difficult I totally get it xxx
