I EBF and she usually poos 2 times a day, one in morning and one at night. For the past week though it's been one every other day and she seems in pain when doing one. Full on crying and cannot settle her and she will be upset a while after. Poos are very liquidy.
Family are telling me it's normal but she seems so upset. She goes full on red. What would you do? Anyone else experienced this?
