Had dd 11 days ago my locia stopped on day 9 and now got period pains red blood and crampy dr saw me today and I mentioned it she said highly possible my periods didnt return for 3 months last time.

I doubt it' s a period... surely your body hasnt had time to ovulate etc yet?! I stopped bleeding after 2 weeks, only to pass a huge clot 2 days later and start bleeding again. I stopped bleeding for a week then started again 4 weeks post partum. Ive been told it's likely mine is a period this time but I was a bit dubious a first... even this seems too soon to be having a period again. What is my body thinking even considering being fertile so soon?! Get checked out if the bleeding gets heavier, surely it cant be a period just yet.
