12 day old breastfed baby not pooing much?

Hi - I have a gorgeous 12 day old whom I'm breastfeeding. She started having the usual expected number of pooey nappies until 3 days ago - where she has just had one. I'm feeding every 2/3 hours for 10 mins at a time and there seems to be plenty of milk, she's having lots of wet nappies - but the dirty ones have reduced a lot. Anyone else had this and is that normal? Thanks in advance

When she poos, what color and texture is it? If it's normally right, I.e. yellow and lumpy, it sounds like she is just a bit constipated. You will probably get a huge explosion soon! !
If she seems unwell or uncomfortable it might be worth getting some advice though.

My dd went up to 10 days between nappies at that age (also ebf). the midwives, doctor and HV all assured me this was completely normal.

Thank you for your advice - it seems that my wee one goes a few days with nothing then has a huge explosive poo!
