Claim for availability of respite for severely disabled children* same week ds3 is finally beng asessed.
(* depends on definition of severely disability- I hold to one where child will never achieve independence, which is a criteria ds3 fulfils, others apply stricter criteria but IMO independence (in terms of self care and ability to work at all) a key life outcome)
So.... place bets? Case for both needs quite clear. Am no Conservative but AM a Lib Dem member so no pre-bias here. DS2 (dyspraxia / probably IMO ADD) lost all his TA support back along under Labour anyway so no axe to grind in terms of favouritism!
