I am embarrassed to admit that i am 32 and this is the 1st time i have ever voted. I do remember my Mum saying she had to go and vote but no importance was ever put on it.
I know very little about how elections work and i had no idea who i would vote for.
Over the last few years i have come to realise through threads on MN, that it is important to vote.
So my postal vote has been sent and i am glad i made the effort this year to do it.
