As long as you cannot be bothered to find the original artist of a photo or graphic then you only need to pay a fee to the government and then are free to use it.

Sound reasonable?

What about the artist? What about the model?

Thankfully they threw clause 43 out, but oh god I've never felt more ashamed of our political process than I do tonight.

sorry but i'm not sure the current system is much better...i read that 90% of photos are not attributed to photographers at the moment so how do you ensure you get payment currently?

It's difficult, but at least there are laws in place to allow you to stop people using your work. If clause 43 had gone through then it would be a loop hole through which people could legitimately use your work.
