What are the MN thoughts on credit card issuers hiking up APRs and sinking existing debtors deeper and deeper into the black hole.
Is there a political party out there willing to get behind their voters and say to the banks and other cr.card issuers "enough is enough", bring you rates down in line within a reasonable (and affordable) APR or else....sorry, this just makes me raving mad with anger
