C4 are broadcasting a debate next Monday and one of the things they'll discuss is the cuts that will need to be made in public spending. Where would you make the cuts?

Quangos; NHS; public sector 'non-jobs'; what we pay to the EU (have you looked at the new proposed EU budget for this year, and the EU fonctionnaires striking because they weren't going to get a 3.8% pay rise?); the cost of adherence to daft EU regulations; simplify the tax system; stop making promises about giving money to Copenhagen for climate change; spin and PR people in Government....
