It was really interesting watching some of the clips of King Charles III in the U.S.
When he spoke to Congress, I was wondering if Trump saw how much he suffers by comparison. Visually, Charles was slim and elegant and dignified in his suit. Verbally, he came off as restrained, dignified, and intelligent. Charles is so clearly a better reader and a better speaker. Plus better speechwriters. None of that can be said of Trump.
Interesting that when they were walking with a military man, he was between the two of them, with Trump walking considerably in front. I'm guessing that Trump is unable to make the kind of presidential small-talk that previously presidents could. Trump, as usual, seemed to make a few faux-pas, since he's oblivious to anyone else.
