Political preferences aside… does anybody else find it weird how in every single photo they are holding hands or kissing?!

I don’t remember any other PM doing so. I find it really strange especially the last photo of them on the plane. To me it connotes holding the hand of a child and helping them down the stairs.. what do you guys think?

I haven't seen any photos of them kissing but some of them holding hands. Same with Sunak and his wife. I hold hands with my DH after 20 years of marriage. No, I don't find it odd.

They love each other - much prefer that to tax dodging idiots pretending for show.

They look very happy. It’s good to think the PM has stability in his family life and home and the support of his wife. I’m extremely fond of my husband and we support each other. I like seeing people who look the same.

It's lovely and they look great together.

I'm guessing she didn't wear that lovely white dress during the whole flight otherwise it would have been crumpled at the other end.

Some folks are uncomfortable with these low level, casusal displays of affection, but many aren't. They aren't having sex on tv, they're exchanging quite low level expressions of love. It's nce to see.

It's not unusual for a country;s leader and their spouse to hold hands.
All parties and prime ministers appear to do so and have done for years.
It's also not unusual in other countries either.
