Letby manager who ignored concerns, doing well in London??

Recent news. The hospital the manager during the Letby case (Mr Chambers) worked at before he was at Chester (where he allegedly ignored whistle blowing concerns of many doctors including threatening them to keep them quiet) has done a review.

They say they were doing the review to see if there was a “pattern of behaviour” prior to the events at Chester. He got flying colours.

It consisted of interviews with chairs, the chief nurse, and a review of the emails between the chief medical officer and Mr Chambers.

Anyway apparently he’s doing really well in London and this just makes me SO ANGRY. If he was a doctor or a nurse he would not be working right now! He’d be suspended awaiting review from the NMC or the GMC! How is he allowed to just swan off and work with no one rapidly looking at the evidence against him?

Just a reminder, he was allegedly told multiple times about the suspicions surrounding Letby. He allegedly threatened the doctors to keep them quiet. He conducted (in my opinion) a half bogus review and didn’t act on the recommendations. If true his actions have most likely led to the deaths of further babies.

And he’s allowed to just move on and keep working? Awful!

"in your opinion " ? Have you had access to the full details of any investigation into him? If so how? And if so presumably you are in a position where you are bound by confidentiality.
