As we wave a heartfelt good riddance to La Dorries, we await the by-election and the tv cameras on our local high streets with bated breath... kind of.

Oh please someone, stop the deluge of leaflets! We've been getting them for weeks now, and we're currently at the rate of about 3 or 4 a day.

Thirteen candidates. Aarghhhh. 🙄😭💩

Today's leaflet no 4 has just come through the letter box. 😂

I'm tempted to vote Monster Raving Loony Party as a protest vote!

I had a door-knocker, it was the slightly creepy looking man from Christian People's Alliance, we agreed to disagree.

I'm following it on Sky News & Twitter/X, the gossip from the count is Labour are likely to win.

I'm in Tamworth and I'm really sick of the leaflets. I've had 3 callers today alone.

Tamworth about to announce but no sign of the Tory candidate.
