When they get independence, presumably the Westminster coffers would be closed to them, so the money going up there will no longer be available, and could improve the NHS down here?
Forgive me, I know that there are Scottish taxpayers so does all of the Scottish budget come from them? I am rather ignorant on these matters, for which I apologise, but at least this is a step towards educating myself.
