Should Theresa May resign?

Police numbers have been drastically cut at a time when we really need a visible police presence on the streets as well as a huge input in behind the scenes to help detect and prevent terrorist activity.

Theresa May has been directly involved in reducing police numbers. Do you think she should resign?

Of course not, how ridiculous

NannyOggsKnickers · 05/06/2017 16:58

She shouldn't resign but this should give more people pause for thought before they vote Tory. They are after a small state- that means that everyone looks after themselves and sod anyone else. She's just showing herself to be a true Tory. She's only rolling out the platitudes because it's what people want to hear. She is directly responsible for current issues in policing and the associated knock on effect on national security. Not sure how we can trust her to suddenly change her ideology.

Corbyns now backtracking and says she shouldn't resign.

Yes!

I don't believe she should resign.

However, she should be voted out of office. Her 'enough is enough' is empty when she cut police numbers by 20,000.

Good, because it's a totally irrational request! 3 days before a general election... nothing can be achieved by her resigning!

NataliaOsipova · 05/06/2017 17:19

She effectively has resigned by calling the General Election, surely?
