It is widely leaked in todays newspapers. (Fri 3rd)
But it could be a fake budget leak from the Tories
so they can chortle when it doesnt happen.

That said, next weeks budget is almost bound to be
good news for the rich and sleepless nights for the poor.

It's a leak of a pre-election (therefore coalition) document.

It's reminded me of the 'scrapping some maternity payments' stuff.

Now, could they do this? Yes, possibly. Just like they could do all sorts of other stuff discussed within coalition. Or not do it.

If they were going to do it under the coalition, they'll surely do it now that they're unencumbered by the Liberal Democrats. Or something worse. They don't give a hoot for any category of the electorate that they don't expect or need to vote for them next time round.
