Election 2015 - who else is still undecided and why?

I haven't voted in years, but feel this time I want to. However, I'm totally undecided.

Was going to vote Green, but they don't stand a chance of getting in here. Next would vote Lib Dem in hope they could go into a coalition with Conservatives and keep them under control (as my DH puts it). Woke up this morning and it's so close between Labour and Conservatives, so now thinking of voting Conservative as I feel their policies are much better for the types of businesses and workers in this region.

In your case, I would vote Conservative. I once made the mistake of voting LibDem because I thought the Tories needed to be reined in, but I spent the rest of election day and night regretting it, worried sick and hoping that the Tories would win in case the economy went down the tubes. The Tories made it so I slept easily.

For me those days are gorn. I'm People's Army now, but in your case, the Tories sound a better bet.

If you think the Conservatives need keeping under control, it doesn't really sound like you are that impressed with their policies!

I don't even know who our UKIP candidate is and if he/she is a joke or not.

I'm most inclined to vote Labour. However our constituency is heavily Tory and only the Lib Dem has any chance of defeating them so I'm toying with voting for them, even though in reality they won't win, in which case I'd rather my wasted vote is with Labour so that they benefit from me in the 'popular vote' (meaningless but useful to register protest I suppose!)

Yes I am undecided, mainly because I don't feel that any of the parties really represent my views, and certainly don't have my, or my family's, best interests at heart.

All of the parties have some policies that I strongly disagree with, so whichever way I go is not ideal for me.

And also, where I live, the conservatives have been elected forever, so I don't really feel that my vote makes a difference anyway. Wish we could for for PR, then every vote would count!

My instincts and inclinations are telling me to vote Lib Dem -but how can I after their performance in govt?

My MP is Tory, and actually a very good MP for this area - but I just can't bring myself to vote for her because she is a TORY!

I guess Green is a better protest than UKIP - but tbh I dont find them anymore realistic.

Being from the SW I couldn't be further away from Scotland, and haven't been seduced by Nicola Sturgeon. Not crazy about them and Labour together.

me! I live in a sure labour seat, they have held the seat for 95 years
I voted libdem last time as was living in a constituency that was a close race.
I am a labour voter at heart but I really don't want them to strike a formal deal with the SNP (I do not believe that they definitely won't)

which leaves me thinking maybe I should vote libdem again in hopes for a tory/libdem gvt as I do feel we have done well over the last 5 years.

I then keep telling myself this is a labour safe seat so I should probably just vote labour anyways! I will probably decide when im actually marking my ballot paper.

Still wavering a bit. Our MP is semi-marginal but doesn't seem to do very much and I think is very complacent. I want a Conservative govt with the Lib Dems. I'd rather not have Labour as I don't trust them with the economy - I don't think Ed Balls has the skills to manage the economy.

On the other hand, I don't want Conservatives to lean too far to the right. I remember what it was like during the John Major years when he had try and convince his own party to follow his lead.

We must not ignore the SNP, they have a right to be heard. I do think they should have the right to raise their own taxes and decide on their own spending - that way they become accountable to their voters.

No I didn't know we were blessed to have an Elvis impersonator. I usually throw all the political leaflets straight in the bin but I don't think we received a UKIP one at all so I didn't know who we had as a candidate.

It doesn't matter who they are, what matters is that they are People's Army and stand for common sense and the people.

Are you sure you even have a ukip candidate standing?

I didn't even know what they call our region of Essex. When I turn up tomorrow as soon as the doors open, if there is no UKIP on the list, then I'll walk right back out again. i'm people's Army, I refuse to be fobbed off with Establishment second best!
