This is a very interesting video, in which Professor Adam Tomkins discusses the flaws of Britain's constitutional monarchy:

Very interesting link. Royal prerogative, eh?

I also watched two more about the Republic of Scotland - oh yes, they don't waste their time, these republicans - and the 'true' cost of the Royal Family. Both of these were presented by people with non-British accents (don't want to stick my neck out too far, but Australian and American?). Apparently the Queen pays us all £1.63 (?) for letting her be Queen. I'm going to save mine up and buy a guillotine. Except it's against the law - someone got locked up for 25 hours on 29 April for doing just that. I'm joking, btw - don't want to kill anyone. I'd just like her to give us all a raise.
