Bradford People's Coalition Against Cuts are handing a petition to the full Council Meeting stating that a Needs Based budget is required in order that the most vulnerable within our society do not bear the brunt of the proposed cuts.
People will be gathering at 3.30pm in the Bradford Council offices reception (to sign in) and will be moving to the main public viewing area at 4pm in order to hear the petition being read to the council, and BPCAC's speech given.
