Hello
I'll try and keep this brief! I'm curious about religion as I feel there is a void in my life. My life is good really, partner, house, job, no kids yet but planning. But I feel there is something missing. I've always been curious about religion but have not been to a church service since I was about 10, I'm now 25 and feel lost. i have no idea where to start, I don't know how to go about looking into different denominations of the church. WOuld an Alpha Course help do you think?

If you want Christian religion, which is the only religion I know anything about, you could begin with the church at the end of your road. Or have a look at the website of a church in your area, using this website

An alpha course might help, or put you off completely, again it is a matter of trial and error. Do you know anybody who is a Christian? Ask where they go, I'm sure they would be delighted to take you.

And if you don't find what you want st first try, just try again somewhere else.
Let us know how it goes.

Hi, SteppingUp I'm 25 as well I felt like you did for a long time and made the brave step to go to my local church one day, even though I didn't know anything about it or anyone there.

It was the best thing I ever did - and it might be for you too.

Try www.lookingforgod.com as well, it might explain things a bit more.
