Has anyone got any suggestions? All the books I have found so far a more for younger children (up to 8/9 maybe with lots of illustrations and little text)but I would like to find something for 11yo DD.

Why dont you go to your local Mosque they might be able to help you. There is a book store in Central Mosque(London) and I'm sure they can advise you about which book to buy.

Yes, I think I will have to start there. I have a catalogue for some Muslim bookshop but there is absolutely nothing for her, a lot of things for little ones, fantastic videos or tapes for little ones and then it jumps straight to very complicated litterature. Thanks Mtorun!
