A good friend of mine lost his father a few years ago, on June 16th 2000. His father left he and his sister some cash and some months later my friend bought an electric guitar with some of his money, in rememberance of his father. It's his pride and joy and he plays it often, plus another guitar, but this one is very special. I don't know much about guitars but friend was cleaning his recently and had to take something off the neck (not sure what) under this is the date the guitar is manufactured. Well I think you can guess the date Same day he'd lost his father. Friend said it always felt and feels really special but I think that's just amazing. It's something you read about but when it's someone close to you then you know it's true. I've seen/ heard of some coincidences in my time but I think this is fantastic. And also quite poignant
