I am giving up being bitchy and negative. I am also going to read my Bible every single day. This is going to be difficult!

I am giving up anything containing chocolate. (hard )

I am going to try to find more time for prayer (ideally without giving up too much sleep )

(I set myself a new year's resolution to read the bible in a year - I've got one of those daily readings books that divides the year into daily "chunks" - it definitely helps, but I am 4 days behind ATM though...)

I've given up facebook I'm hoping it will make me more focused on my daily life and the people I see in RL. It will (I hope) also free up time for daily reading / prayer time (though probably won't get round to this until the kids are back at school) and unclutter my mind a bit.

I do feel like I have sort of lost a limb at the moment though... but at least I can still eat chocolate!!

My DH and I have both given up alcohol - and we think 'Sunday is a feast day' is chesting.
I expect I'll do a bit more praying/ repenting etc as well.

I am also going to give up being negative, following your lead Littlesilver.
And coffee and chocolate.

The hardest one for me there is coffee,by a long way.

I too have given up chocolate, I keep trying to read more of my bible but some of it is so daunting!
