Dr David Hamilton anyone else heard or read his books?

Just went to a fantastic talk by him in Edinburgh yesterday. He explains the scientific evidence for 'mind over body', healing etc Wonderful man.

Hey I wanted to go and see him too. I haven't read his books but I get his monthly newsletter and like what he says. Pretty interesting. Did you enjoy the talk?

It has changed my life! Not joking. Enough science in it for me finally to see the sense of it all. Compassion and kindness has direct beneficial effects on the heart and body. Also I found his down-to-earth style very moving.
Could be I was in the right frame of mind to hear it too. But going to start really reading the books and doing the visualisations every day and then we'll see. I finally got it about doing them daily for about 6 weeks before expecting anything to change. I'll let you know indigo!
