A little girl needs your prayers and healing vibes please

A close friend's goregous 2 year old DD is on a ventilator in intensive care with pneomonia on both lungs.

Was fine on Monday and insisted on opening the Xmas car she was giving me. Had a lovely cuddle. She developed croup that night and was admitted to hosp following morning. Was not responding and was put on ventilator. They hope to take her off it yesterday but couldn't. Now on 3 types of antibs.

And friend is PG and not allowed visit DD .

Please pray for her. She is a gorgeous sparkly eyed girl and loved by many.

DD (3) had pneumonia week before last, and bounced back all of a sudden.

My heart goes out to your friend and her DD. I was in this position with ds2 while I was 38 wks pregnant this time last year. Fortunately he narrowly missed needing to be ventilated, but was gravely ill and it was a really traumatic time. Once they managed to get him onto the right combination of antibiotics his recovery was remarkably fast though.

He was in an isolation room (think they call it barrier room actually) so I was fortunate enough to be able to stay with him as long as I didn't leave the room. Your poor friend must be out of her mind with worry.

Am sending lots of love and light their way and praying for a speedy recovery and home in time for Christmas.

Sorry for no update but no internet access.

Still in intensive care but off ventilator and a bit brighter. Friend now has bronchitis too though.
