I recently had a flotation tank session for an hour, it was a gift following the birth of DD.
It was supposed to give me the equivalent of 8 hours sleep in an hour and help me to relax. I just sat in the tank feeling a bit cold and bumping off the sides in the pitch black. Felt rotten the next day and have been really tired since I went. I didnt find the experience very relaxing at all but I have another couple of sessions to use.
Does anybody have any idea if I should have tried to meditate or any other advice? I know its been a hideously expensive present, so dont want to waste it.
