and it wont go away.
whilst it is a good feeling, and keeps me quite happily expectant. it has been going on for two weeks now, and my cynicism is reasserting itself.
any suggestions on how to get rid of this feeling?

meditate and see what comes up?

Have you forgotten something that you have arranged. I frequently experience the reverse usually because I'm worried about forgetting to do something or go somewhere

has it gone yet? i am curious now...

I would suggest meditate too. I like good feelings though, and wouldnt want to lose it!

I like good feelings too. Though they sometimes feel like butterfles before an exciting but slightly worrying event. I can understand two weeks of this maybe more than stitch can contain - at least if you are starting new job, getting married you might actually have a date by which it will be happening.

Have you tried something physically relaxing like a long walk to make you feel grounded rather than like you are about to float away.
