After reading the Hallowe'en/ Christianity thread, it made me wonder if/ how you celebrate Samhain.

I wish I could be here Chalice Well but will do the usual stuff with grandchildren then come home and do a ritual with DP.

This year will be heartfelt as my mum died recently, so we'll think of her with love and hope she's in her heaven. We'll ask the Earth Mother to hold the spirits of those we love in her hands, read some poems, eat some good food, listen to nice music, drink some apple brandy, cry some tears and just celebrate those we love who have gone before.

I must admit we make this up though we refer to Starhawk and Glennie Kindred
