I think the other stations sound too much like clones of the BBC radio, 'powerstation' sounds different

Well if it wasn't for our wonderful laws in this country ucb would have at least one of their stations broadcasting on "normal" radio. Thankfully now they are are at least able to get round the laws by gradually covering more and more of the country on DAB.

Sadly DAB does not hold the future for radio. The DAB technology was developed in the 80's. The last nail in the coffin for DAB was when the UK's largest radio group pulled out of their involvement with DAB. I feel sorry for people like ucb who are pumping thousands into a bottomless pit
