Is there any solid evidence that people can actually speak to dead people..
My friend had someone..a medium ...in her house ,who said to her that her dead dad was in the room with her ..

And is there any solid evidence that your relatives are waiting for you when you die ..

I'm sorry, it's probably because I'm up with insomnia but I don't follow..? I'm sorry you're having a tough time this week, it sounds like you've had a shock. Are you worried this relative may be hanging around you when you don't want them to?

The belief of the souls/spirits of family staying with us hinges on love - pure love. If this relative is someone you don't want near you in death, then they won't be. It's as simple as that. You can also always say a prayer that they keep away and that you are protected for them.

But I reiterate there's no evidence for any of this.

You are safe and this relative of yours isn't hanging around you.

Which is why I got a bit freaked out with my friend telling me about the medium in her house .

@Theoturkeyistheonlyturkeyonmytable your friend is drawing comfort from the belief her loved dad is still near her, watching over her. It makes the separation and loss easier to bear.

Your relative is dead and gone. They cannot harm you and they most certainly are not spying on you. Please try to rest easy in your mind.

Yes totally you are right ..she was very happy telling me the story..I was utterly horrified at it

Some believe in the deceased being near us but most do not.
