Had my first taste of crystal healing last night - anyone else had it?

and WOW!
Oh my God, what an amazing experience.
Had no idea what to expect and was amazed and the feelings I experienced.
The feeling of being unable to move.
Mad, huge energy int he room.
She used sunstone on my stomach and it was wonderful.
The lights seemed to change int he room.
Ohhh it was out of this world.
I was having to control my breathing at times to keep calm!
And couldn't stop laughing and gushing afterwards.
I was so tired before hand as well.
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.

Anyone else had it and how did it make you feel?

Have you had it and not felt anything then?
Or are you doubting what I felt?

I'm not into these things and went in not knowing what was going to happen but there was no doubting what I felt.
It was intense and totally tangible.

I had a similar thing the second time I had reiki. Totally mad experience.

You probably felt something for some reason, but I doubt it was anything to do with anyone waving a lump of rock at you. If it was, the laws of physics would need to be rewritten. And if that's the case, well, let's start with some clearly observed data analysis in a peer-reviewed journal.

Science "self-corrects" - it learns through hypothesis and experiment. I have yet to see any convincing research about crystal healing or any other "alternative" therapy beyond anecdote, which I'm afraid is not data.

It doesn't matter whether it is scientifically proven or not.

If someone felt it what's the problem?

That's cool UnquietDad and I respect that you don't beleive in it.

But I was there. I hd no idea what might happen and after a few minutes I had a huge intake of breath as I felt pinned down and then the lights changed in the room and when she put a crystal on my stomach I felt something like sand falling trough an egg timer but much more powerful and bigger. Don't know how to describe it really.

I was in my own front room and my friend who has been training for years to do this was doing the 'mediating'; or whatever you call it.

And I couldn't stop laughing. It was an amazing experience and like I say very tangible.

Bohemianbint - yes I heard Reiki can do the same thing. I diodn't ever realise that before. Wonderful.

Any of you evening spiritual girls experienced this?

Had you partaken of narcotics earlier that evening?

COuld it possibly have anything to do with the stomach being an incredibly ticklish part of the body?

Hmm sounds a bit like some shiatsu as well. Most shiatsu is hands on tough stuff, but they also do that meditation type stuff (it's chinese medicine) and it's a similar feeling. Ki apparently.

Ok, hippie sort signing in here! Well actually I'm not, well not a stereotypical hippie - I'm just into this stuff. How lovely for you. I've not had crystal healing, but have received and given reiki so a similar experience. It's fab isn't it?

I do wear crystals though. My friend really knows her stuff and what each of them are meant to help with. I just buy what I'm drawn to and then each day just see what I feel like wearing. If I look them up in my crystal bible it's always the right one.

I'm currently developing my spiritual skills and was "told" that I had to give one of my crystals to someone at work. I selected the one and started feeling the energy as soon as I did (I yawn), so I knew it was the right one. I "programmed" it for him and then gave it to him. He said that he went really light headed as soon as I did - so something was deffo happening.

I had a reiki attunement last week too. I felt like my legs were being scooped up from the chair and I was floating in the sky. It was fab and I felt so great afterwards.

Are you having some more?

i get the same sort of feeling from receiving reiki. i hear what you're describing loud and clear...its like a whole new level of energy isn't it?

i also get the same mad feeling of energy when i stand on the steps of a local cathedral. (am not at all religious btw). it has to be the right spot.....its starts going up my legs and reaches my middle...a kind of creeping warmth..tingly and fab! mmmm. i digress!!!

hope you get to feel it again.

I can't wait to have it again to see what happens next time.
