Particularly animals? As i did a quick (semi-intentional) meditation before sleep last night and saw a wolf, and i can't seem to find anything anywhere on the net.

I realise this sounds mad to alot of people - please ignore me if so!

it is not mad at all!

you have seen your power animal, a kind of guardian. wolves are pack animals and very protective of members of their pack - this is what they are in the wild this side of life so to speak. i believe that the qualities an aniaml possesses this side are also what they possess that side. it may also help you to stay centred and not feel so lost in your waking life. when i see an animal or person in meditation, i always bow to them and say "namaste"(nam-a-stay) meaning "peace". it is a sign of respect. they have come to help you, so you say thankyou. and when your meditation is over, make sure you say thankyou. in time, you may even get messages from them - try and remeber whwat they say as it will be important on some level.

Thankyou. Sorry it took so long to reply, have very intermittent internet access.

Co-incidentally i had a little (not serious) incident yesterday where i had to protect my 'pack' (from a bully). I have seen other animals before but i asked my friend about them. Unfortunately we have pretty much lost contact, so i am glad you replied or i would be wondering for ages!

I think so too...you were going through a probable break-up, and i was wondering how to mention it and ask how you are without sounding too much out of the blue Er, how are you?
