My dad's side of the family are (fairly lapsed) Jewish, but still have a Seder every year. I'm an atheist but have such strong and happy memories of Pesach from childhood - the whole family being there, the food, the feeling of being part of a community etc etc.
I always take dd (5) along, its part of her heritage and I want her to have the experience - I think traditions really help to give children to find their way and place in the world, to give them a solid foundation to grow from.
We have been out and bought matzos - she was not too sure about them but I'm going to do matzo brei which surely will convince anyone of their merits?
