Have just read the thread with interest i and i would love to ask a question. For the christians who do not use contraception, as you believe that each child is a gift from god (quite rightly so) and do not take any measures to prevent pregnancy as the belief is that god wouldnt give you any more children than you could cope with, what would happen if you where falling pregnant one after the other? would you then start to use contraception or would you stop having sex?

There is such a thing as the Rhythm Method, or natural contraception that can be practised by Christian couples with a moral objection to artificial contraception. so they don't have to give up sex altogether.
