Has anyone had dreams about past lives?

I've had several dreams about being a woman living in Russia during world war two. I had a son with blonde hair.

I'm not sure exactly what happened in Russia during world war two.

But it seems in the dream that I had my son hidden in a safe place for a while, and then in my dream I get to see him again after a long time, I walk up to him and hug him. I can feel the feeling of not having seen him for ages and the joy at reuniting

I was just in a meditation class last week and the topic came up, and several people in the class said that they have dreams about past lives too.

Have any of you had them?

I had a dream about Nazi Germany, and being arrested. I had been hiding in an attic, and I caused other people to be found trying to save myself. It was just very vivid

I'm a white female. Years ago i had a dream I was a black man on a boat waiting to see my family who I had been apart from for many years. The emotion as the boat came into port was very tangible.

I had one other dream where I was a black slave in America a long time ago

Just curious why the vivid dreams are being interpreted as being a 'past life' and not merely, well, dreams, ie, stories and images from our imagination?

A long timw ago, I had a long night of very vivid dreaming. In each part of the dream I was someone else but with different people from different parts of my life in it. My aunt was there, whom I was very close too. The different sections would end with me falling through some sort of portal and then beginning a sort of story all over again. I have never forgotten that night, it was a wonderful experience.

I'm not sure if it was past life or not, but the dream was very different in quality to any other dream I've had, and I dream vividly with lots of imagery and symbolism, always have done. It stuck in my mind as being very different and strange. But no one can really know.

The reason I think it was more than a dream is because part of it happened the next day in real life

I’ve done past life regression which I found incredibly helpful and cleared up several matters..I’ve experienced past lives also on spiritual journeys - always the same one (although had echoes of others)

I regularly dream I'm a man (I'm not), I don't think that indicates I was a man in a past life.
