Sikhism - how do I find out more about it?

I feel extremely ignorant, so I'd like to understand more about Sikhism. The RE classes I had at school just stuck to Christianity and Judaism. I've learnt quite a bit about Islam as I've read a couple of books and have quite a few Muslim friends who've explained things to me, and I feel as if I've got at least some idea about most other major religions. DS's grandfather was Sikh, so I'd really like to understand more for that reason too.

Can anyone recommend some books that I could read as an introduction? or anywhere else that would be a good place to start?

Cheers!
